Company History
Valet Solutions is driven by vision – vision to see a need in the market and then vision to determine the resources to fill that need. In 2004, founder Josh Wallace launched the company as a valet parking service with the belief that this added-value amenity was just as necessary at large institutions as it was at fine dining establishments and luxury hotels. Early contracts such as the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), the Little Rock National Airport and St. Vincent’s Infirmary have turned into long-term, satisfied clients due to Wallace’s brand of exceptional customer service.
As the company grew, Wallace’s vision grew as well, expanding to offer a wider variety of amenities beyond valet parking and providing a variety of industries seamless, customized hospitality services. It was at this point that Ambassadors Plus was born to focus on hospitals, and Michelle Wallace took the lead on hospital hospitality and patient interaction.
“Exceptional Service Without Exception” is the company slogan, and represents our day-to-day business philosophy as Valet Solutions provides the following hospitality services: Valet Parking, Information Centers, Ambassadors/Greeters, Golf Cart Transportation, Shuttle Services, Porter/ Bell Staff Services, Coat Check, Luggage Check and Wheelchair Escorts.
