Our Concept
What is Valet Parking?
Valet Parking is a service offered by many upscale restaurants, hotels and other businesses. In contrast to "self parking," where customers find parking on their own and then walk to up to the business, a valet parks customers' vehicles for them.
Here's how it works: The valet greets the customer at the entrance to a building, opens the car door, assists the customer with exiting the vehicle (if needed), and then parks the car for the customer. When the customer is ready to leave, the valet retrieves the vehicle from the parking lot, meets the customer at the building's entrance, and safely returns the customer's car and keys.
Why use valet?
Businesses use valet parking for many reasons, including increasing revenue, projecting an upscale image, and providing convenience and security for their valued customers.
- Increase revenue
One advantage of valet parking is that it is possible to park more cars in the same space, which allows more customers into an establishment at one time, thus increasing revenue. The valet holds all the keys and is able to park the cars two or more deep (called "stacking") because he can move cars out of the way to free a blocked-in car.
- Project a first class image
Nothing says first class like a valet. Businesses that cater to upscale customers are turning to valet parking services to help attract new patrons and develop loyalty among regulars. More and more, valet parking is a luxury that such customers have come to expect.
- Give customers convenience and security
Valet parking is an added convenience for customers during extreme weather, allowing them to exit their cars at the front door and avoid storms or exposure to extremely hot or frigid temperatures. It also puts customers' minds at ease knowing that a professional valet is looking after their vehicles at all times.
