Offer friendly greetings to welcome customers and provide a positive first impression. The person in this position will be expected to be knowledgeable and informed about the layout of the hospital, airport or event.

Transport patients on gurneys or in wheelchairs from one area of the hospital to another, per instructions from the hospital’s medical staff. This position will require applicants to already have or planning to have earned the designation of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Patient Care Technician (PCT).

Offer friendly assistance to those needing help finding a department or area of the hospital or airport. This position will be expected to work seamlessly with other hospital and airport staff on-site to accommodate all requests and provide the best possible service.

Create an easy, comfortable trip from parking decks and surface lots on the property to the facility’s entrance by van. This position typically works a 40 hour week.

Serve assigned individual families by transferring and translating information back and forth in a timely manner, which helps overloaded healthcare providers, as well as patients and their loved ones. This position’s hours will fluctuate based on location.

Jog to and from parking area throughout the work day. Valets are responsible for the guests’ vehicles safety. Typically full-time, part-time, and special event staffing is available.

Assist guests in traveling to their destinations, especially those who may require more assistance than simply transportation to the front door by golf cart. This position is generally a full-time position.

Carry a patient’s or guest’s luggage to their desired location. This position hours are determined by volume of employees location.

Applicants for this position are expected to have prior supervisor experience in the positions listed on this pre-application form or to have a minimum of 3 years experience of supervising in the hospitality or medical industry.
