Valet Solutions Expanded Presence at UAMS

Valet Solutions has been awarded the contract to provide valet parking service at the main hospital entrance of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), the 11th largest hospital in the nation.
In 2006, UAMS first enlisted the services of Valet Solutions to assist with parking at the groundbreaking ceremony for its 500,000 square foot hospital expansion. The expansion and a slate of other campus construction projects amounted to a $330 million investment in Arkansas healthcare.
In the past three years, Valet Solutions (under the new hospital-focused hospitality name Ambassadors Plus) has provided quality valet, transportation, information center and/or greeter staff services to various facilities on the UAMS campus – including the Outpatient Center, Jackson T. Stephens Spine and Neuroscience Institute, Donald W. Reynolds Institute on Aging, Jones Eye Institute and Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute.
In its first year at UAMS, Valet Solutions outpaced the competitor that had parked patient cars for 10 years, growing valet numbers 47%. Now with the valet contract for the main hospital entrance, the company continues to demonstrate its slogan: “Providing Exceptional Service Without Exception.”
