Airports - Information Centers
Associates at Valet Solutions Information Centers perform the following tasks:
- Politely greet airline passengers and visitors to the airport.
- Offer friendly assistance to those needing help finding an area of the airport.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the layout of the airport for maximum effectiveness.
- Provide maps, directions and personal attention to passengers and guests.
- Arrange for transportation, when necessary.
- Work seamlessly with other airport staff on-site to accommodate all requests and provide the best possible service.
