Airports - Valet Parking
Our Valet Parking attendants:
- Politely greet and open car doors for airport passengers and visitors.
- Assist patrons in exiting and entering vehicles, and help disabled drivers out of the car and into the building.
- Help with unloading luggage when necessary.
- Provide a time-saving convenience for the passenger, including a system which alerts the valet staff to retrieve the passenger’s car so it will be ready and waiting on him or her.
- Promptly and safely park and retrieve cars.
- Possess a clean driving record.
- Are proficient and familiar with the operation of all types of vehicles.
- Display physical stamina as they jog to retrieve cars for the quickest possible service.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of surrounding area roads and major attractions to accommodate requests for directions and recommendations.
- Complete a combination of classroom and on-the-job training, plus learn a variety of safety techniques.
- Recognize repeat customers and make an effort to call them by name.
- Treat airline passengers and guests with respect and offer friendly assistance to provide a “five-star” hospitality experience.
