The associates responsible for Luggage Check:
- Accept and store guests’ luggage and other personal belongings, returning them safely to the rightful owners upon request.
- Politely greet hotel guests and visitors and offer prompt, superior service.
- Acknowledge repeat guests and call them by name, when appropriate.
