Special Events / Private Parties - Ambassadors/Greeters
Our Ambassadors/Greeters’ responsibilities include:
- Offering friendly greetings to welcome event guests, and providing a positive first impression.
- Opening entrance doors for all patrons.
- Welcoming each person with a warm smile and offering to help him or her find the appropriate destination within the event facility quickly.
- Understanding the importance of initial impressions, which often set the tone for an individual’s entire experience at the event.
- Being knowledgeable and informed about the layout of the event facility.
- Making an effort to remember repeat customers, calling them by name when possible.
